Letter to the Sponsors

As we celebrate our 2nd anniversary, we seek your organization's sponsorship for Quest for Hope (QFH), an annual fundraising event to raise funds for the Children’s Cancer Center.
Quest for Hope will be the Ultimate Tampa Bay Scavenger Challenge. Armed with a remarkable list of challenges and search items, 5 person teams must use cunning, strategy and a little insanity to navigate through venues, attractions and historical landmarks in Ybor City and Channelside. They will put their physical and mental talents to the test in this treasure trove of excitement making it an unforgettable evening. The Quest will be held May 17, 2008.
The funds raised will assist the Children’s Cancer Center to respond to the needs expressed by the medical staff, psychosocial staff, patients and family members. Programs and services are provided free of charge. The Children’s Cancer Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing children who have cancer or chronic blood disorders and their families with the emotional, financial and educational support necessary to cope with their life-threatening illnesses. The Children’s Cancer Center depends solely on the contributions of private and corporate donors. Grant writing, local special events and annual events, like the Carrabbas Charity Classic, Mike Alstott Celebrity Outdoor Weekend and Holiday Card Project are all opportunities that help raise necessary funding.
I hope we can count on you to support Quest for Hope while we try to make a difference in the lives of these families in their time of need. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to our event and complete the attached in-kind donation form. We would be more than happy to pick up your donation, or you can drop it off at the Children’s Cancer Center. We would like to receive all donations by May 9, 2008.
